TKM infotech's eco-system
TKM Infotech is careful to protect and enhance the knowledge ecosystem in the areas where it works. Due to our close cooperation with the University of Precision Mechanics and Optics, where our first offices were located, and with the Mathematics-Mechanical Faculty of St. Petersburg State University, where some of our employees are professors, we are able to recruit from the very top students. These two universities academic standing are recognized by the fact that they both have been winning many awards at the World's Olympiad on Programming, held by ACM.
Employee of the week
TKM Infotech has adopted an Employee of the Week program. By secret vote, top managers and project coordinators will select a developer who has proven to be creative, progressive and reliable. Every employee involved in product development is eligible for a nomination, especially if they contribute to the company's reputation for reliable software partnering.
